Terms of service
Draft. Have these terms reviewed by a lawyer for the countries you launch in before publishing.
1. Who can use LolZap
You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your country requires it. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give LolZap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize, transcode, display and distribute it within the service and in links shared from it, for as long as it stays posted. You confirm you have the right to post it.
3. Rules
You agree to follow the community guidelines. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break them or the law.
4. Copyright
If you believe content on LolZap infringes your copyright, email copyright@lolzap.com with the link, the work you own and your contact details. We remove infringing content and act against repeat infringers.
5. The service
LolZap is provided "as is". We may change, pause or end features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for content posted by users.
6. Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
7. Changes
We'll give notice in the app before material changes take effect. Continuing to use LolZap means you accept the new terms.
