Welcome
- Original memes, remixes and reaction content.
- Jokes about situations, trends, ideas, brands and the public actions of public figures.
- Disagreement and banter, as long as it stays about the joke.
Not allowed
- Sexual content involving minors, of any kind. We remove it, ban the account and report it to the authorities.
- Nudity and sexually explicit content.
- Hate: attacking people for race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
- Harassment and bullying, including memes made of private people without their consent.
- Violence and gore, threats, or content that encourages self-harm.
- Sharing someone's private information.
- Scams, spam, impersonation and fake engagement.
- Content you don't have the right to post, when the owner asks for it to come down.
How enforcement works
Anyone can report a meme, comment or profile from its menu. Moderators review reports; memes that collect several reports are hidden until reviewed. Breaking a rule earns a strike, and repeated strikes suspend the account for longer each time. The most serious violations lead to an immediate ban.
You can see your strikes under Settings → Account standing and appeal any decision there. A different moderator reviews appeals.
